    Eligible for an exchange or refund to original payment method. Please initiate any returns by sending an email to customer care on info@naleapparel.com within 7 days of receiving an order.

    When choosing to return the items at your own cost, we advise opting for a tracked courier service and retaining proof of postage or insuring the returned shipment. We are not responsible for any package damaged or lost in transit.

    Items must remain unworn, unaltered, and retain original tags and condition. Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

    Refund

    Once your return is received at our warehouse in London, you will be notified via email. It will then be inspected for any signs of wear or damage. If your return is eligible, you will be refunded to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, taxes, duties or any additional charges. This process may take up to 14 business days to be reflected on your account.
